Who can hand out co-branded merchandise on-site? 

  • All corporate hospitality clients, with the exception of Champions Club and Nicklaus Club venues. Your co-branded merchandise must be given out prior to or post-championship as your venue does not allow for gifting opportunities on-site. 

How do I place my order?

What does the order process entail?

  • The entire order process generally takes 4-6 weeks, and the timeline is greatly influenced by the speed in which approvals and feedback are received.
  • Order details should include:
    • Product and quantity
    • Logo or branding details, embroidery (DST) or vector (EPS) files
    • In-hand date
    • Billing and Shipping Information
  • An order confirmation will be sent to you by email and will require your approval
  • Within 1-2 weeks, you will be asked to approve logo/branding artwork
  • Once approved, the order will move to production (approx. 2-4 weeks)
  • Order ships and is received as noted on the order confirmation
  • Please note, due to global supply chain issues production and shipping timelines may be impacted. We encourage you to plan for additional time to receive your order.

What is the latest date I can place my order?

  • The deadline to place orders is June 21, 2024.
  • Should you need gift items during Championship week, please visit the BMW Championship Merchandise Tent on-site at Castle Pines Golf Club, August 19-25.

Is there a minimum order?

Minimum order quantities are noted throughout the catalog.

  • Headwear: 18-25 units on select styles
  • Apparel: 12-24 units
    • Peter Millar: 12 units
    • Under Armour: 12 units
    • SWANNIES: 12 units
  • Accessories:
    • Glassware/Cups: 12-52 units
    • Umbrellas: 25 units
    • Golf Balls: 12 dozen
    • Giftboxes: 18 units
    • Other Items as noted in the catalog

    What logo information should I supply?

    • When using your full company logo, please send an embroidery (DST) or vector (EPS) file with your order.
    • Include any specific PMS or thread colors and other logo instructions.
    • If you do not have a DST file, our vendors can help digitize your logo.
